Okay, this list needs to be re-examined. I still have a lot of stuff to do.
I’m finally sewing a shirt for Nathan, all by hand. It’s going to be a thing of peasanty beauty. There will be be pictures as soon as I’m done, which should be in a couple of days. Who the hell knew I’d turn out to like sewing??
101 78 Things to do in 1001 days
- Finish molding in kitchen
- Floor in laundry room
- Unpack all of the books (mostly done) (Not going to happen until #5 happens)
- Organize garage
- Organize basement
- Sort through the CDs (See #5)
- Organize costumes (See #5)
- Have corset repaired
- Deal with the cloak
- Make new bloomers
- Mend chemise (I haven’t mended the old one, but I made a new one. That ought to count for something.)
- Turn juniper patch into edible garden
- Make curtain for under sink
- Cook through Fat book (I don’t know if I want to do this. Lemme ponder.)
- Vaccinate cats
- Go to the dentist
- Organize yarn collection (You know, this is just one of those things that needs to be done perpetually. What I REALLY need to do is organize my sewing shit.)

- Knit something from Victorian Lace Today
- Knit sweater for mom
- Finish that pink scarf
- Darn all the socks that need darning (Of course, there are always more socks to darn.)

For some reason, your list sounds more fun than my list!
I’m actually okay with re-assigning some of the items on the list, or admitting that they weren’t things I really wanted to do at the time, I just added them to fill out the list. And now I have new things I want to do. I wasn’t very good at making and setting goals, and my 101in1001 list has taught me quite a bit, which is a “win” in my book.
I’m going to add “learn to use punctuation” to my addendum list.
I guess I’d better get going on the items that are mine . . .
