I am Cornholio!
Today, on a hot tip from Paul, Rob and I went over to Santa Cruz to go to a pumpkin patch with an allegedly difficult corn maze. It was a beautiful day, the pumpkins were beautiful and plentiful, and the corn maze? Well, it nearly killed us. We barely escaped with our lives, which would have been a disappointing end to a really great weekend.

Corn mazes are clearly a hitherto unrevealed circle of hell. We went to one yesterday in Arlington (to meet my best friend from Gardnerville, who managed to track me down online a couple of months ago, after we hadn't talked to each other in, like, fifteen years - kinda weird).
Unfortunately for us, it had been raining for a couple of days, so the paths through the maze were the slipperiest mud I've ever had to walk (and in clogs, too). Liam looked like a contestant in some bizarre toddler mud wrestling event.

Yeah, who knew? I can't imagine the extra layer of awfulness if there'd been MUD involved. As it was, I had to scrub and scrub to get the layers of dust and dirt off of me.
