far too much to take in
So I've read a couple of snarky reviews of "The Lion King". All I have to say to the people who claim they didn't like it is: JEALOUS MUCH?
It was so freaking amazing. Yeah, there were places where it could have been tightened up, but it was the most incredible spectacle I've ever seen. The opening scene was three minutes of pure, unadulterated joy. The only thing that would have made it better would have been the presence of Margar and my sisters.

Waah. It's going to be at the Paramount soon, but we really can't afford tickets right now. Oh, well, maybe next time it comes through.

Dude, you have to go. And bring a change of underwear.

Underwear?! What, is it hysterically funny? Or is it so overwhelmingly wonderful that I'll be distracted thinking about it on the way home and get into a car accident and need clean underwear to wear to the hospital?
Just curious. :)
