hardly ever be untrue to thee
So the other day I mentioned that I'd been out to The Cats to visit Yarndogs, but it was closed on Mondays and I was bummed (even though it was my own darned fault for not checking the hours before I went).
Well, this morning, I got THE NICEST e-mail from Deborah, the owner of Yarndogs. She apologized for the store being closed on Mondays, and explained why that was so, and encouraged me to come by, and she was just SO nice.
After my doctor's appointment this morning I went out there, and the store is just fabulous. It's a quiet, intimate space with lots of great stuff (including the exact book that I'd been fruitlessly looking for). And I visited with Deborah herself, who couldn't have been cooler.
So if you're out in The Cats, go visit! And then come to my store, too. :)
