Welcome to the Jungle
Geez, I go to Disneyland for three days and eco-terrorists come in and RUIN my perfectly manicured garden.
Dude, look at the mallow! The thistles! And the cilantro! It not only bolted, it's flowering! The canes on the roses have to be 15 feet long. There are nasturtiums and epazote and opiumay oppiespay popping up everywhere.
And when was the last time anybody I fed my lime plant?
This is ridiculous. I have to put the knitting down, get off my ass and go fix this mess. Anybody got any Napalm?

The eco-terrorists must have visited both of us! Pat Austin got so tall that she fell right over and had to be staked up on a tripod yesterday, and there are enough horsetails in the back that they almost look like part of the landscaping.
And three new roses showed up today. Maybe I should stop planting things until I actually catch up on the weeding.

My Pat Austin is shooting up like crazy, which it's never done before. And Evelyn got so heavy with blossoms, she broke her trellis. Sigh.
Weeding is for chumps.
