knit, footie, knit

Not much new here in the sick ward. I can actually put a little weight on the footie, which makes getting around a bit easier. I've been working on the blankie all day in between vicodin-induced naps, and since I've got nothing but time, I uploaded some stuff from my camera. Don't worry, Colleen, the picture of the HF is not that gross.

Here's me in the hospital, trying to use my Jedi mind tricks to try to get some pain medication.

HF this morning. This photo doesn't capture the horrible green color very well.

The blankie. I'm one third of the way done.

This is the orange yarn from my SP and the orange yarn from Nathania. Isn't it beeeeautiful?

Bad photo of the pretty flowers that Abbie sent.

That's all there is. Must knit.

Hey, you're getting there, already putting some weight on the HF, you'll be better in no time :). The blanket looks wonderful, by the way, a pattern to keep in mind next time I'm making a blanket!

I'll admit that I skimmed the post with one eye shut at first--just in case.

Beautiful orange yarns. Stripey socks, perhaps?

Ahh see maybe you can use those Jedi mind tricks to push the pain from your feet out of your body with each stitch knitted.

Yoda says, "Kicking down Captain Keller's fences by morning you'll be." Hope to see you back at BW ASAP.

You know, even in that first picture with the Jedi mind trick grimace, you look pretty nice in that sweater. Nice color on you.

Please put down the crack pipe, Bob.
