beneath the moon and under the sun

Crazy busy weekend. Saturday morning was all about the theatre, with all the drama one might expect. I returned home, totally spent.

After I caught my breath, Rob and I drove up to Marin and picked Michael up. We drove around the city, stopping for drinkies and oysters at Zuni. Then we took Michael up to Twin Peaks. I love it up there. It's so clean and open and exposed, and the wind blows so hard you have to concentrate to be able to stand up. It was especially difficult that day. I just opened up my arms and let nature have its way with me.

Then we went to Rose and had a scrumptious meal, then went to City Lights. I was eventually dragged, kicking and screaming, away from the poetry section.

Today was our load-in at Renegade. I was sore and exhausted and wrung out, but I made it through the day and eventually got to relax for a bit. I'm still achy and worn out, though. Perhaps I'll get some sleep tonight.

I took this picture of myself on the top of Twin Peaks. I think it perfectly sums up my weekend.

And here's the rest of the pictures that got taken on Saturday.

What a beautiful weekend, though it seems the strong winds may have mussed your hair.
