presto change-o!
This looks like a dustbunny skewer:
and this looks like a delicious pink kidsmack haze ruffle:
I decided to do some stash-busting and turn those three balls of kidsmack into Birch. It's a pretty easy knit, but please, please, please remind me next time I pick up some mohair how much I HATE knitting it. Augh. It makes me crazy. But it sure is pretty.

You should see it in person. The photo doesn't do the pattern justice, though it does capture the beautiful pink fluffiness of the mohair.

Pretty color. It looks like cotton candy. What are you making with it?

I know the feeling. I have a lot of mohair sitting in my closet that may stay yarn forever...or until I can find someone to give it to.

I dunno, looks a bit like just a bigger pink skewered dustbunny (ducking)
The mohair/silk is like that, it sucks you in and forces you at needlepoint to knit it.

Mmmm, pretty. I should have sent you my skein. I do so hate the mohair, but it works so well in so many patterns. Sigh.

Oh my gosh that is going to be amazing! I can't wait to see how it turns out!
