..for tomorrow, we diet
Mmm, Carbonnade a la Flamande. Mmm, Belgian beer. MMMMMM, La Tur.
We're being our usual anti-social selves and not going to any of the six (no, I am not making that up) parties we've been invited to. The drive back from Bakersfield was pretty painless, but between being sick for three weeks and going to Orland and then to Bakersfield, I am pooped.
Not that I'm not drinking. Everybody knows that a Bloody Mary and then a cocktail made with absinthe (Merry Christmas, Nathan), then some barleywine, and a glass of Chimay is a tried-and-true remedy for a lingering chest cold.
