Impatience
The house still hasn't closed yet. My head is about to explode. We can't really finish the packing here, and we can't really go start working on the new house, but we have to be out of this house in two weeks, and there's at least two weeks of work that's going to be done to the new house in order to have a functional kitchen.
AAAAAIIIEEEE. At least we have appliances.

Just heard from our realtor. We're next in line for docs and should be able to sign either tomorrow afternoon or Monday. In either case, the deed should be recorded and we should be able to close by next Wednesday. Woo hoo!

We're hoping to be out of our house by mid-August, and our new house is of uncertain completion date. So I've only talked about packing. . . . and we have some cardboard boxes stacked in the studio. Ha!
eeek!!! Anyway, all the best to you and sanity and peace, etc. during this travesty of normal life.
